Claim was DENIED! Figo will work hard to Deny claim
Claim was DENIED! My pet became ill took him to Vet, Payed $750 to Vet. Submitted receipts to FIGO. But Figo denied claim. The reason? “Pre-existing condition” My puppy had diarrhea in Dec 2021 due to getting my pet accustomed to correct puppy food. In 2022 he was in contact to other sick dogs at park. He came down with diarrhea. FIGO Denied claim for pre-existing condition! Ridiculous!

Have had Trupanion for multiple pets…
Have had Trupanion for multiple pets for years. Every time was efficient, easy to file claim, and when my dog passed I received a condolence card hand signed by staff. Yes pet insurance is not cheap; but I want quality pet insurance so it’s totally worth it
