Since I have had Trupanion, they have been great in helping me maneuver through any and all claims that I have had with my Cat, Ali. They inform you right away as soon as they receive the claim, and if no further info is needed, they pay fairly quick. I have always had a positive experience with all the Trupanion representatives, kind, professional and caring. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
