Great customer service
I was confused on how to navigate the app and how to confirm that I was indeed a new member hence why I called the support number. I spoke with a great person. She helped me navigate the app, chose the information I wanted to share in my animals profile and explained the waiting periods as well as waivers.

Happy with the service and app
Figo’s pet cloud phone app is easy to navigate. The virtual /text customer service rep. makes filing a claim quick and easy. The app functions well to upload documents / photos for claims and the claims processing turn around time in never more than a couple days. (Sometimes same day) they always include an explanation of benefits after the claim has been processed. I always have clear underrating of what they covered, why something was not (policy limits or decidable wasn’t met for the year). The policy has been worth it this year after one weekend ER visit.

2nd pet(kitten) 1st vet visit.
We took our new kitten to the vet to get all of his first set of shots, dewormer & microchipped & the bill wasn't too bad but having Figo Pet Insurance made the vet bill super low & we're very satisfied with our decision to go with Figo Pet Insurance! Even when I had a question it was answered quickly. The people that are a part of Figo Pet Insurance are caring & helpful as well as compassionate! "Yes Figo" P

Horrible Pet Insurance
They have not only doubled my premiums they have now become IMPOSSIBLE to file a claim with. Be prepared to jump through MONTHS worth of hoops in order to get your claim paid. Along with a couple of denials.

I have Pets Best for both of my Dobermans since they were puppies. Have had zero problems with claims except sometimes it takes a bit to get processed. Easy to submit a claim and if they have questions they contact my vet.

I call this insurance provider "The Gambler"
I'm pretty disappointed in the Fetch business model. I got Pet Insurance for financial security and peace of mind. It has turned out to be very frustrating, as there is A LOT of uncertainty surrounding the coverage and every trip to the vet is a gamble. It will be extremely stressful if I ever have to make a quick decision about whether or not to go through with a procedure that may, or may not save my dog's life, but will ultimately end up resulting in a lot of debt if it turns out not to be covered after waiting for 15 days to get the invoice and HX notes assessed by a Fetch representative. Even a 1-3 day wait time to get a pre-approved authorization by the Fetch team is not going to help very much if my dog needs immediate care. I would like to see an easily accessible, more user-friendly, less convoluted and continuously updated list of what will not be covered by one's Fetch insurance plan.
