The wait was a bit long to speak with some one but the system let's you know how far in the queueyou are as you move up in the queue. Which is really good. The agent was knowledgeable and was very nice and patient when I spoke with her. Good Experience with Claims and Customer Service
The ability to submit a claim online is quick and easy. Claims are processed fast and customer service is excellent. I wish you had sent me the referral link sooner as my friend signed up the day before I got the link. Bummer.
