We have covered our pets with Embrace Pet Insurance for years. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with, make submitting claims very easy and reimbursement is prompt! They remind me of Amica in terms of their customer service!

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER
please please please don't get pet insurance with fetch, they take 2 months to review claims AND you HAVE to take you pet to the vet at least once year for your insurance to be valid. We were paying $200 a month for our insurance (for two big dogs) had 1 vet visit for our puppy and we didn't get anything back because we were $9 under the deductible. The math doesn't add up and they don't want to pay you. We switched to CAA pet insurance, pay cheaper rates, and have got our claim review and payout back in days. Please don't waste your money on fetch! it's super concerning because what if you had a large vet bill and they didn't pay you? but yet you paid into your insurance for years? so frustating!!!

I strongly recommend Pet's Best…
I strongly recommend Pet's Best insurance. I knew from when I first called them to inquire about coverage that they were a winner. I quickly was connected with a representative who was kind and knowledgeable. Since then, Pet's Best has been very easy to work with. Claims are easy to submit and are responded to very quickly, and, best of all, Pet's Best covered my dog's total hip replacement without any issue. I have friends with other insurance companies who have had many issues with coverage. I have had only positive experiences with Pet's Best!

I was calling to cancel my pet…
I was calling to cancel my pet insurance for my two dogs (Bent'e & Barely A Dog). My Husband recently lost his job and I am on Social Security. My customer service representative just happed to be Denise A. Who not only showed empathy, but was able to get me a reduce monthly payment regarding Barely A Dog, She gave me options and worked with me on both accounts. Her bedside manner, professionalism, knowledge of the company and overall representation was EXCELLENT. When I asked how long she had worked at Fetch, she informed, since Jan 2023. I was impressed. Maybe you'll get your money, but probably not.
Spot makes many claims on what they will compensate for but it is no easy task. They continually put you through significant red tape to approve your compensation. Filing claims is a little difficult but not too bad with their existing UI. While I had some success with claims, I'm also out thousands because they couldn't get some info in time (yet it was used just fine elsewhere). They also randomly changed their contact info between claims which led to further delays and left me feeling uncomfortable and nervous. I feel a bit taken advantage of by this company and not sure I'd recommend them elsewhere.
