Every aspect of pumpkin was easy use and navigate. Pumpkin also made it effortless to choose the best possible plan based on my specific cats needs, adventures and life. I have the coverage I need for my cat at a price I can afford. So thankful for pet insurance like pumpkin. Not only do they look out for my fur babies but also their humans like me as well!

So Glad I had This!!!
My dog was 6 when I decided to get insurance. He has been healthy so far but heard some stories of issues others had from their dogs at the dog park so figured rather be safe than sorry. I only was paid in 3 months when Paulie torn his ACL on leash going after a squirrel, something he has done since he was 10 weeks old.The total cost from my vet was $4200.00.It took a few weeks to get approved, being the 1st claim and all. Had to get a full year of history to make sure it wasn't pre-exsiting condition ( I totally understood).When the claim was approved it was Zelled to my account within 5 mins!!!! i got reimbursed $3100.00. I was so happy. I have been sharing this story with everyone. No one should have to decide on putting their dog down because of money. This helps you decide faster. Thank you Metlife.

Low Insurance Quality
Took awhile to get the claim reviewed and the insurance did not cover the pet services. I had better coverage with the Banfield plan that I had previously for Valvatorez. I am paying more this year for pet services for Val this year than I did last year. I am not really seeing benefit of this insurance to date. If the benefits are not realized, then I will not renew for next year.

Gracie's Cancer Treatment
My Chow Chow Gracie has been battling cancer for the last several months and I would have been completely lost without my Nationwide pet insurance policy for Gracie. They turned around Gracie's numerous claims in usually 2-3 days and the payments were immediately direct deposited into my checking account. I would never have been able to treat my baby's cancer if it wasn't for Nationwide.....I am eternally indebted to them because Gracie is my whole life and way too young to just let cancer take her from me without trying to help her.
