I am new to Nationwide pet insurance--Highly recommend
I am new to Nationwide pet insurance. I called and spoke with Connie & she was pleasant, professional & informative. She explained the policy in great detail. What a wonderful experience, we are glad that we choose Nationwide. Connie should be acknowledged for a job well done! Excellent Customer Service. Misleading
Honestly I felt like it was very misleading. Submitting a claim is cumbersome and requires a lot of background information that they are not transparent about when you are purchasing the policy. I suppose I should have seen it coming being that it is an insurance company like any other, but I regret buying my policy and would not buy from them again.

We are so thankful to have Healthy Paws, as unfortunately, our fairly young **** Terrier (5-6 years old) has been diagnosed with 2 forms of cancer within one year. Sadly, she will not likely survive her second diagnosis, but Healthy Paws has been with us every step of the way, and we are grateful.

Claims are processed fast but I wish the coverage was better and paid more. My vet bill for 2 dogs was $1300 and only $360 was paid.

My experience has been great with this coverage. We bought the coverage when our dog's were born so no pre-existing conditions. I am seeing some delay in processing and have been waiting over a month for our most recent claim to be reviewed. Not sure why it is taking so long?

I found the paper work for one more…
I found the paper work for one more clinic that the rescuers took my girl to and I went to add it, but the page froze and it wouldn't let me scroll down until I picked something. Then I was able to choose the Spay and Neuter clinic, but now there is a hospital listed that I can't get rid of or the way to delete it is hidden very well.
