I changed to Sonnet because your price was right. I heard from others that first year your price is low but second year it does increase at the same level of other insurance companies. Please be assured that if that happens I and all my friends will walk away from sonnet.

I Love Fetch By The Dodo
I am so grateful I chose Fetch by the Dodo as my 4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels' pet insurance. At 22 months, one of my boys was diagnosed with severe hip and elbow dysplasia which he was evidently born with. He went through stem cell surgery twice. He also received acupuncture for these issues, and Fetch reimburses for that as well. He then was diagnosed in April of this year with a huge airway issue. The process each time was seamless and I received my reimbursement from Fetch within 2 weeks. His airway surgery was $5400, so on that one they had to mail a check. Otherwise, I am reimbursed within about 5 days with every claim. Great customer service. Their website and app make it so simple to file a claim, and if they need more information, I am contacted immediately. I can't say enough great things about Fetch By the Dodo and how thankful I am to have chosen them as my dogs' pet insurance.
