I choice SPOT pet insurance after researching several. I was impressed by the plans and the customer service response. It was very easy to sign up. I’m still in the 14 day waiting period and haven’t needed to make a claim.

So easy to use! We got the refund we were expecting from our cats’ vet visits. He was at the emergency department and what would have been thousands of dollars was only a couple hundred. We’re so relieved we got insurance for them!

I just wrote a great review and lost it! Your phone representative, Shannon in Pennsylvania, helped me sort out a payment schedule, and she is the main reason I am staying with your company! I had the great pleasure of getting her for both of my calls and could not be more grateful for her professional, caring, witty assistance, and you should know what a jewel you have in your employee! I have been with Trupanion for 7 yrs…
I have been with Trupanion for 7 yrs now. I have 3 cats Austin, Milo and Jersey. I love them to death. Trupanion has looked after all my visits to the vet. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Please if you’re planning on getting a pet, get the insurance right away. The babies may not have any issues when they are young but as they get older there is always something. Trust me JUST GET THE INSURANCE. It is a piece of mind … love TRUPANION!!!!

Fast & easy claim process
Huge fan of MetLife instance. I’ve 2 dogs both with different insurers. MetLife has been my favorite in terms of coverage and ease of use. I’m glad I decided to try them out. Highly recommend.
