I have a 6 year old female Australian Shepherd who became violently ill with non stop vomiting. Brought her to an animal emergency vet, $600 later brought her home - still vomiting. Took her to another animal hospital- she was admitted for two nights for observation and dehydration; desperately in need of IV fluids. Total bill - $ 2000. So relieved to be able to make a claim on the pet insurance. I had a $100 deductible and was covered 80%. It relieved the financial burden and I was able to focus on her recovery.

I've had My Embrace for 11 months
I've had My Embrace for 11 months. They are extremely hard to get a hold of. They will not pay out claims (waiting 9 months) and say EVERYTHING Is pre existing, when I insured an 8 week puppy that obviouslyhad never been to the vet or had issues. Then every visit for regular puppy care was called pre existing. I switched to Spot.

emails missing order
did not receive 1 order, but was charged for it. WILL ARRIVE! IT is extremely frustrating, especially when it was expected it to be deliered in a timely fashion. FURTHER, THERE IS NO WAY TO KOW WHEN THE ITEMS/PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE! Receive too many irrelevant emails. ie requests for information i could not have experienced.
