Couldn’t be happier
I am so grateful for having signed up with Trupanion for insurance for my cat. As we know unexpected things can certainly come up. Long story short my cat was hospitalized for two days and without Trupanion my cost would’ve been close to $5000. they reviewed my claims instantly and approved everything. They paid the vet directly, and I only had to pay the balance. highly recommend!

I received reinbursement when Scarlet had Lymphoma of the eye. I paid the co pay and the rest received from insurance. Now just recently been diagnosed with Cushing Disease and Proteinurea. Took awhile for information to cross over from the Vet sec, but after sending papers another way, am starting to received money back to help out with this cost.

Thank you for 11+ years of coverage for my Deuce. Having Trupanion for our insurance allowed me to never have to choose finances over the health and necessary medical treatments for my furry best friend. I have laid my pup to rest now. I have my insurance to thank for one extra year with him as his major cancer surgery was financially covered so well. Thank you

Very disappointed in the denial of my claim. This company looks to skirt around any claim to not pay what they advertise on website and videos. Will be finding a new insurance company soon.

I first felt that the claims took too long to be paid. Once I got used to that I have to say this insurance is amazing. My mylo was sick for quite a few years and we always got back more than what we paid for the yearly policy and it never went up much even though we used the insurance. We lost our dog last month and the next day we got a call from aspca offering their condolences. And without asking I was reimbursed for the remainder of my premium. I truly appreciated the phone call, the reimbursement and the opportunities I was able to give my dog because I had this great insurance.
