Huge Increase in Monthly Premium
We’ve been with Pet’s Best for about 6 years. Our monthly premium has slowly increased over the years as our pet ages which is expected however, this renewal year our premium doubled. We hadn’t had to ever file a claim before this last year which tells me our rate doubled because we actually filed claims for our pet. To me this is poor business practice. We have no choice but to continue with Pet’s Best since our pet’s arthritis would be considered a preexisting condition and would not be covered if we switched carriers. Due our monthly premium doubling in price this renewal period we have had to reduce coverage for our pet. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company.
