I've been with them for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with them. Even when my beloved Charlie passed away, they ended the policy w/o any charges. I loved it when the finally had the option to include wellness on the policy. My only complaint is in all the years i have been with them, never have I had a $30 dollar a month increase. That was an unpleasant surprise. For now I will stay with them, but if it goes up substantially again in the renewal again, I might start looking. But, as for the service, it has been great.

All my claims have been processed quickly and paid out efficiently. I had one issue that was quickly resolved within a day or two. I have recommended a few friends and had one sign up with MetLife Pet the other day. I feel confident that she will be satisfied as well.
