I was forced to go with the company after they bought out PC insurance. I have been with them for 11 years and 3 animals. They recently raised my price over $150 dollars per month/per pet. The reason? because I was paying a low amount! They stated I could change my policy but nothin pre-existing would be covered. How they consider anything pre-existing, I don't know as THEY'RE my insurance provider. I refuse to give another greedy company money. So disappointed in the money hungry practices.

My dog was diagnosed 1 year ago with MUO. She goes for treatments 1x a month. I was never denied for treatments or tests. They are a caring company. I recommend whenever I am asked.

Spot just takes your money and does not cover anything. Avoid, avoid, avoid. We will be canceling this week as nothing was covered for our pup's ear infection after paying the monthly premium for more than a year. Corrupt as hell.

Sleep Better At Night With Trupanion
Nothing has ever been denied no matter how many claims we’ve had to make. If it’s not part of routine care of a healthy dog, it’s been covered and saved us thousands. One of my dogs spent over 5 years of premiums in a week when he got sick a few years ago. We rest easy knowing he and our other Xolo are covered no matter what life throws at us. We know we’ll never need to make a hard choice.
