Moved from California to Texas
I recently moved to Texas from California. I was very happy with Fetch. I called to change my address and was informed we needed to cancel the policy and rewrite a new policy. I have been in sales for over 50 years and realized this was a ploy by the rep to get a commission on a new policy. All I wanted to do was change my address. The rep refused to change without writing a new policy. This was complicated when all he needed to do was change my address. This prompted me to just cancel the policy. Due to this I will seek out a new company and not do business with Fetch ever again.
