Quick approval process when received a request from the hospital. The process from approval to final review was quick and smooth. All approved services were included in final payment at the reimbursement rate as expected. The hospital staff stated that Trupanion is one of the two best pet insurances they are working with, and don't disagree. It was a no stress process, especially when we had to deal with our furry baby health issue.
