Filing a claim was easy. Communication via email was concise every step of the way. Updates were sent from start to finish so we didn't have to wonder what was happening.

Caring and a true partner!
I truly believe this is one of the finest companies I have ever been a consumer with! I recently lost my beloved Sheltie to hysticytic sarcoma of the brain. Trupanion helped me from beginning thru the time we decided everything had been done to help my dog. Each time I contacted Trupanion they treated me with kindness and caring. They truly were my partner in trying to provide the best care possible. Trupanion is true to their philosophy and I will always appreciate everything they did during what was a difficult journey. I highly recommend Trupanion!

I did not believe in pet insurance but purchased it for my son's new dog. When she became ill for some unknown reason. The bills started to pile up quickly. Figo helped reduce the worries of cost and had a rapid turnaround on helping pay those bills. I am glad my wife convince me to purchase ins!

I called to discuss a $40.00 claim for…
I called to discuss a $40.00 claim for flea and tick treatment. I pay the top notch insurance including best benefit plan and best wellness separately to cover this things. Apparently they refuse to pay $40 dollars which the plan covers $65. Because my veterinarian advice me that if I did not wanted chewing flea treatment to order online topical Frontline. So disappointed, when I told the agent how do I cancel my policy, she told me you can cancel at anytime as if they do not care to loose a loyal customer. So as of right now I am contemplating canceling my dog’s policy. I have been so happy with PetsBest up until now.
