Exactly What Pet Insurance Should Be
When my 12-year-old dog suddenly fell and couldn't get back up, we learned through extensive testing that he was dealing with several significant health issues in addition to the arthritis he had battled for years. The months that followed involved numerous vet visits, specialist consultations, tests, and treatments. Pets Best was there every step of the way. Claims were easy to submit, processed quickly, and reimbursed according to the plan I had chosen. Most reimbursements were deposited directly into my bank account within days. Having that financial support allowed me to focus on my dog's care rather than worrying about the cost, and for that I am incredibly grateful.
Their accident insurance isn’t truly accidental
Unfortunately, I only had accidental insurance through them and my dog fell off a deck and tore her ligament. Because it’s a ligament tear it’s not covered, even though it was a true accident when she fell from 3 feet high… they told me even if she was hit by Car They still wouldn’t fix that part of her body…. So then what is considered an accident. It’s a scam of money and they deny everything. Be very cautious on what you’re signing up for even with the higher priced plans because I had and they stated that they would cover it, but only case by case which means it would probably have been denied. Proceed with caution.
Louie's Surgery
Pet's Best has done an outstanding job for us. Our 5 month old Basset Hound pup was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia and had surgery to repair both front elbows. The surgeries were expensive. Pet's Best expedited all of our claims and paid them accurately and fairly. We would recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for an insurance provider that is easy to deal with, has a great website, and makes the claims process easy to understand and easy to work with. I hope we can continue with Pet's Best for many years to come.
Pets Best & 3 yo rescue mix Gracie
Our rescue dog started limping in March. We tried medication and rest, but it didn't help. We brought her to the orthopedic surgeon and they diagnosed a partial CCL tear. We got a second opinion and they came to the same diagnosis. We have surgery scheduled for January and our dog is on pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication and Pets Best been wonderful through the whole process. Claims are quickly reviewed and paid and when I went through the surgery quote with someone they told me what could be covered and what would not. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to others and have because horror stories about other providers. I'm so thankful I chose Pets Bests for our 2 dogs. They're like family "

We love this company! Premiums are very reasonable and coverage is excellent! We couldn't be happier! We take exceptional care of our dog but he has had some unexpected medical issues and Pets Best has been wonderful in that they've helped financially by covering some of the costs. "I have had Pets Best for 5 years and have never had to file a claim which is lucky! However, this past month my dog, Murphy has been very very sick and we don't know why. I have taken him to the vet and ER multiple times and been able to let them do whatever they can to help him without thinking about the cost because of Pets Best which is such a relief in such a high stress situation. I have recommended Pets Best to friends in the past but now I actually have the personal experience to say that this is by far the easiest insurance process I have used which includes my own health insurance.
