Best insurance experience
My fur baby, Sassy had some very serious health issues which happened out of the blue leading to her losing her sight briefly. I had no thought of how expensive the treatment would be. I just wanted Sassy okay. Metlife showed up for us. As soon as I sent in the bills, I got my reimbursement. There was no pushback or making me jump through hoops. They made a terrible time not so bad.

Pets Best is my first pet health insurance. When I first got it it seemed like it took forever to get reimbursed, like three weeks plus, but lately they are paying usually within seven days!!! I feel like my pets are well covered and I am grateful for the wellness coverage!

This was my first claim and I was expecting a worse experience or a straight denial. While I did have to submit more paperwork, the process completed within the time frame they quoted and the bills were covered as the plan stated.
