The premiums keep going up but benefits don't! It seems every time I submit a claim there's an exclusion or excuse why it's not covered. If my dog has an emergency vet visit they can't treat unless they evaluate, but the evaluation isn't covered....? I wish I would've just put the premiums aside every month, I'd be so much further ahead!

Three day processing time.
The processing time for my claims gets faster and faster. I have been a Metlife customer for two years. So I think the claim processing time gets faster and faster because they know the history of my pets. I submitted a claim for over $1200 in the app on June 26th and had reimbursement in my bank account account on July 29th.
