Wonderful fast service. No difficulties and I even appealed 2 of the decisions which was also a very smooth process. I had submitted 10 years of records that were processed in just a few days. I was shocked that you would accept claims that old to being with. Very impressed!

If you're looking for reliable dog insurance...Fetch is it!
My two dogs have been insured through Fetch (formerly known as PetPlan) since 2011. I have since added my third dog in 2019. I was skeptical when the change was made but I am pleased to say that the service that Fetch provides is equally rewarding as Petplan. Recently my two older dogs have been dealing with some medical issues and it's relieving to know I have Fetch to help with the expenses. Whenever I have any questions the customer service team was there to explain and provide the answers I needed in detail. The Fetch app has been so convenient when uploading claims. All communication is texted or emailed to me with updates on each claim. I knew I was in good hands when I found out my vet is also a Fetch member. As my dogs get older I feel at ease knowing Fetch is there to help.
