I looked at several providers and Healthy Paws offered the support I needed for my 2 dogs at a price I can afford. Submitting claims has been easy, I receive fast responses from the claims team and expected reimbursement in a timely manner without having to jump through hoops. It is such a relief to work with a provider that honors their commitments. I have and will continue to recommend them to other pet parents.

I truly LOVE this Company! My Sierra got TPLO Surgery on both knees. One in 2021 & she just had her second one 3 weeks ago. Not only did they cover 90% of the procedures ($5,000 each) as my policy states but my reimbursement came super quick too. They really came through for us. We are REALLY THANKFUL for being able to help our Fur Baby to having a BETTER QUALITY of LIFE!! Can’t THANK YOU enough!🙏💖🥰

Peace of mind
When our beloved dog Mia was diagnosed with cancer, if not for Trupanion we would not have been able to spend an extra year with her. Trupanion was there for us when we needed them by dealing directly with our veterinary hospital and keeping us informed of the cost covered for her care. It was one less worry for us and gave us peace about our decision to go ahead with her treatments. We were always treated with compassion from their staff and truly thank them for all they took care of for us.
