It was so easy to obtain a quote. Once received and accepted the information required to purchase my vehicle was immediately available. Seamlessly! Even though my pink cards were available online. I was still sent mailed official copies, with a reminder to place in my vehicle. My account is easy to access with any information I might need. This process took 2 weeks before complete and our wellness first appointment was denied due to my vets wording, be clear with your vet about wording is a claim is intended. Insurance company did great customer service was informative even reviewed records in case wording was just missed.

Horrid experience
Terrible experience. I'm telling everyone I know. Horrid phone call, I was supposed to have a supervisor call me back in 48 hours, that was a week ago. I had a policy, tried to get my son added as just an occasional driver. That wasn't possible so I wanted to STAY WITH MY EXISTING POLICY at SONNET, but you cancelled my policy after taking my 2 month deposit and a 3rd payment. Ridiculous and uncalled for. Why would you give me a policy then withdraw it for no reason? Hopefully my facebook and Twitter posts will warn away a few customers from this scam of a company.
