The increase in the cost of monthly fees. I don’t feel like an increase that substantial is fair when I’ve never had a claim. Edit - I can’t seem to reply but I’ve already increased my deductible to make the monthly payment what it was. That doesn’t help me. I’ve already spoken to customer service.

Easy to Enroll
Very easy to enroll. It would have been a 5 star if we could have found the deductible and co-pay information more quickly. Plus if we could have found out more about how to find vets close to us who accept direct pay BEFORE the enrollment, that would have been terrific. For some reason the enrollment confirmation all went to junk mail, possibly too many emails sent encouraging us to enroll in the weeks ahead of that. After all that was sorted, it's fine. I think the insurance plan is solid and we can find a different emergency vet clinic (ahead of any emergency) which works with the direct pay.

Complete waste of money!!
Very disappointed. I have two very healthy fur kids -Thanks God! Never had any issues, but when the time comes to take them to the vet for a simple annual check-up and then file a claim, right there your problems with this insurance will start. They do not only will take lots of time to process the claim, but they will find any way to DENY IT! They are useless to say something! Only thing they are good for is to take your money. You certainly cannot count on this insurance company to get any reimbursement.! They made me regret to ever wanted to have insurance for my cats.

Website has bugs. Never has filing a claim on their website been a seamless process, there is always an issue. Whether it's getting blank screens when selecting 'next' to move on to the next page or halfway through it either kicks me out or kicks me back to the beginning. Super frustrating. ...Starting to wonder if it's a tactic to frustrate people to the point that they just give up!

Outstanding coverage for a not so healthy puppy. our dog…
Over the past 3 plus years our dog Murph has not been a very healthy puppy! Fortunately, we had enrolled him with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, and it was a Godsend. They have been outstanding in their coverage and have handled every claim perfectly! Murph has several allergies and is on prescription dog food, along with immunotherapy treatments that is very expensive, and with our 90% reimbursement (after deductible) makes it affordable. We don't know what we would have done without such an outstanding pet insurance company. Thank You so much ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!

Incredibly Expensive and Reluctant to Cover Anything
In the seven years I have been insured with them, they have very rarely covered vet expenses for my dog and dramatically increase premiums every year, so I have spent thousands and thousands with them, which has been nearly pure profit. I would not choose them again. Insanely expensive for what you get.
