Trupanion is so convenient and easy to use the billing system.
Trupanion is so convenient and easy to use the billing system. I can do it online, or paper and mail it in. Since I am a senior, I find it easier to fill out a form and mail it in by the post office. Also, the turnaround time is very fast and the service people on the telephone are exceptionally helpful, efficient, and friendly. Their professional attitude and cheerfulness is wonderful to work with.

Great customer service!
The person I spoke with was fantastic. She really helped me feel like I was making a smart decision to go with Trupanion and she helped me figure out what I wanted to do for a deductible.
