I bought this insurance because it seemed to have good coverage for a good price. We haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on how claims are handled at this time. Enrolling was easy; all fine so far.

Increase in monthly payments
This will be my third year with Pets Best, I believe. My dog is a diabetic and has IVDD. Sometimes the claims can take longer than usual to be processed, I haven’t really had a complaint until now. I did not get the plan that includes therapy or wellness. And while yes I use the insurance, because thats why I got it, I didn’t expect the cost to increased from $26.62 to $34.63 after the first year and now it’s increasing again to $49.57 a month. My human heath insurance doesn’t even cost that much a month! Honestly, I’m having to weigh to cost vs benefits at this point. So frustrating.

Trupanion is a complete and utter scam
Trupanion is a complete and utter scam. 3 years paying them over 3000 dollars for my 2 dogs. Never once have they ever covered anything. Deny deny deny. Once you call to complain and cancel ohhh wait we can lower your rate. Then next claims deny deny deny. Playing on the love and fear of Animal lovers to basically steal your hard earned money period.

I was super overwhelmed with my account after my pebbles died ..I called spoke with Kelsey she was so caring and helpful she calmed me down explained everything I needed to know about my policy..hands down best representative i have spoken too over the phone in years she so so helpfull!!I would recommend fetch to Anyone in need of good policy they really care and help
