I am so impressed with SPOT Pet…
I am so impressed with SPOT Pet Insurance. I submitted a claim for my dog on 9/13/23 and I was able to follow it through the process on their app. The claim was completed on 9/20/23 and I will have a refund in 7 to 10 days. Very easy to submit a claim online and if you have any questions their representatives are extremely helpful over the phone.

Best care ever
On vacation when Auggie became sick and Del Rey Vet office got us into an appointment thankfully. After a gentle caring experience with Auggie getting IVs and staying there for the day he was much better. Trupanion was excellent in helping through the process and the vet office did the claim online and within minutes the claim was complete and payment given to the vet office when we picked up Auggie. Every experience with Trupanion is just S professional. I highly recommend them.

The price I was given was $69.00+$2.00…
The price I was given was $69.00+$2.00 total $71.00 and after one year went up $20.00 to $92.00. This is close to a 30% increase. I don’t think this is a bait and switch but it seems to look like it. The coverage has been excellent.

Not good
Takes weeks for each claim review and at the end they pay just a small percentage of the total bill. Spot is a joke. Try another company.
