Too Much Talking
Would have liked less commercial-like speech and more to-the-point get the information needed and get off the phone effort. I was trying to get this done while waiting for service somewhere. I'm a busy person and just need to get things done as efficiently as possible.

Pets Best Insurance has literally saved my dogs life! Without insurance, we would not have been able to afford all of the medical bills she has accumulated. She is in the middle of chemotherapy for T-Cell Lymphoma and there is no way we would have been able to give her these treatments if we didn’t have insurance. Very pleased with SPOT. Those that represent SPOT are the individuals that pick up the phone, and I want to stress that they pick up the phone promptly. Customer service is excellent. I have had a sick dog. I'm no spring chicken now; have had many dogs in my lifetime and always got pet insurance just in case. This is the first time I've ever had to use it. I even hesitated for some reason - but I called and the representative calmed my anxiety and helped me thru the process. I am very much at ease knowing I can get a little help in reimbursement for my girl's medical expenses. Thank. you SPOT.

The BEST a pet insurance in the world
The BEST a pet insurance in the world. I mean it. I wish my health insurance was as good and well run as Healthy paws and I have Blueshield PPO. We submit a claim by uploading our documents, a decision is made in few days and we get our check in the mail in less than 10 days. I highly recommend Healthy Paws. This is the first time I signed up for pet insurance and I am shocked at how professional and great Healthy paws is. With a small premium monthly, you can insure fantastic coverage for your pet and you can visit any vet you wish. It is not like human insurance. There is no network to choose. You choose what is best for your pet. It is unfortunate how many pets end up in shelter as their human can not afford care. Please sign up with Healthy paws. Our labradoodle has had 2 knee surgery (TPLO) and we are grateful to healthy paws. The coverage and support was amazing and we went to the Ortho of our choice.
