You get a live person when you call, every time; however, it’s harder now to upload all documents when a claim is initiated, which makes the processing time longer because of the need of all the documents you’re trying to upload.

I have had Trupanion on both my dogs…
I have had Trupanion on both my dogs for 12 years. Fortunately we haven't had to use our policy much over the 12 years until recently one of my dogs was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He has undergone radiation, chemotherapy and many test along the journey. Even though its been a very traumatic experience,Trupanion has made the process much easier by covering all our claims with no hesitation at all. Trupanion is the best pet insurance and I would recommend it to anyone who owns a pet! Without Trupanion I could not have afforded to get the medical care. Thank you so much for giving our family more time!!!
