So far so good
So far so good! Only been a customer for 5 months, but have unexpectedly had to make a claim for one of my pups. Not only are claims processed within days, any time I've had a question or needed advice, every customer service agent has been friendly and very knowledgeable.

For Astro
Shortly after moving into our new home, Astro, who has had a history of urinary crystals had another block. It was his third in two months. We made a tough decision to go through with a perineal urothostomy after the change of diet wasn’t working. He has since recovered great but at the time we were anxious and Pumpkins claims team made it a very seamless process. I wouldn’t choose any other coverage for our cats. Thanks Pumpkin

Quick to kick you to the curb for an honest mistake
I was happy using sonnet for my home insurance, they’re home policy covers my air bnb as well. However lower lever customer service giving me misinformation over the phone almost had my policy cancelled in 2021, I had to fight to get it back. Now in 2022 they cancelled my policy for non payment and set my policy to not renew during the December holiday season leaving me uninsured for 1 missed payment that I did pay before the policy was set to renew. They will just kick you to the curb for an honest mistake and never let you insure your property with them again

Our standard poodle Max has Addison's disease and needs monthly cortisone shots. I have found, over the last seven years of making monthly claims that the Embrace website is very easy to use. I have also found the whole organization efficient and fair. I have had very few problems, but if I do, they are quick to respond.

I just signed up for FETCH insurance…
I just signed up for FETCH insurance for my two Junior cats. At my request a representative phoned me and clarified all of the issues I had. She (Janelle) was most helpful, very knowledgeable, and very efficiently got me signed up for the date I wanted the policies to begin. I look forward to a happy experience with this company.

Bait & switch by the agent that signed me up at adoption event.
I was signed up at the Humane Society by one of their reps and they has the date of birth, sex and breed wrong and when the error was corrected they wanted to raise my monthly premiums by over 175%
