Embrace Experience has been a breeze
I have been extremely pleased with Embrace pet insurance. The coverage is reasonably priced; the customer service by email and phone has been friendly, prompt and responsive to my questions; the claims process was easy and reimbursements have been issued quickly (within a couple of days) directly to my bank account. I wish health insurance for people were this easy!

Great, but check your premiums at renewal time
Hartville offers a lot options for policy limits, reimbursement rates, and deductibles. Claims are easy to submit and are reimbursed quickly via direct deposit, if you sign up for it. Their website experience is straightforward and provides all the information you'll go looking for. If you need it, customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. They do, however, consistently increase your annual premium at renewal time by as much as 26%, depending on the age and breed of your pet. Comparison shopping will find you comparable attributes for lower premiums. I had a Hartville policy for four years, and overall I was very satisfied with it, but for the steep premium increases. I switched to Embrace.
