When I signed up for SPOT pet insurance I had many questions. The person on the other line took time to explain the police to me in a way that I can understand. Also, when my Oliver needed an emergency services, the reimbursement came in a timely manner. I really appreciate the fact that they answered all my questions and how nice they were in time of needs.

Spot Pet Insurance has delivered…
Spot Pet Insurance has delivered exactly what they have promised. Sometimes claims processing takes a while, but they notify you that their volume is heavy, though in most cases the time it takes is very reasonable. So far, every claim I've submitted (and this has been an unusually bad year for our pets) has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Also, they have the best pricing for all they cover. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised how good they've been.
