I'd never want to be without it!!
My lab, Mandy, was diagnosed with mast cell tumor cancer at the age of 1 1/2. I don't even like to think about the outcome if I hadn't purchased this insurance when I first got her. Most years since, we've maxed out on the policy. Without it, I doubt we could have afforded to help her through this disease. Filing a claim is so easy-just a pdf of the bill uploaded, and by the time my charge bill is due, the funds are in the bank. The staff has also been so helpful when I've had questions.

Insurance for my two female-cats
I TOOK the survey and said that you were phenomenal! And I said that fetch website didn't work for me and that you needed to go above and beyond to help me get my girl-cats insured. I also left a voicemail on that survey. Thank you so much for your help. PLEASE pass this along to your supervisor. The website hated me but the girl who signed me up did a phenomenal job. (The normal website didn't even like her when she tried to put my info in.) She also had to have LOTS of patience with me because I had never had pet-insurance before and had LOTS of questions. Fetchpet should be able to tell who she is. But I am afraid to name her here.

Pet's Best is truly the Best!!!
On September 24, we brought 1 of our dogs into an emergency Vet, after 3 days of not eating. While there, he vomited and had diarrhea..He spent 2 nights in their care, before we got the call telling us he needed to be transferred to a critical care Vet Hospital. We told them do what you have to do. We didn't want to lose our little guy. After spending 3 nights in the hospital, most of it touch and go, we got the phone call we were praying for! The Vet called and said "I have a brand new dog here!" I had told my husband, he needs a miracle, and we got one! We love our dogs and would do anything for them, however we are not wealthy people. Within a week and a half after submitting our little guy's bills and receipts, Pet's Best sent reimbursement per our deductible and payback percentage, minus very few medications that aren't covered. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL COMPANY! Three years ago, after losing one of our long time pets after a heart valve problem, I decided to protect our furry family members, and give us some peace of mind. After alot of research, I decided Pet's Best was the one to go with. One main reason was they don't abandon them when they reach a certain age, like some companies do. Next I liked that you could choose your deductible and payback percentage, which gives you some control over your premiums. Their Customer Service is absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Not happy with the process
Not happy with the process. It took over 2 weeks for Fetch to tell us they needed more documentation. This documentation had already been sent when we joined and we resent the information again. We received another automated message via email saying the claim review would take another 2 weeks. We still don’t know if it will or will not be approved. It’s not a very transparent process and support is just chatbots.

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. I didn’t have them long before I needed to file a claim. The process was straight forward at first, then came the request for more documents. At first I thought maybe the vets weren’t responding to the insurance emails, but once I got involved it became apparent they were willfully ignoring the info that was sent. So basically I paid my vet bills and added an additional monthly fee for a so called insurance company to put my claim in limbo so they didn’t have to pay it. After email and phone tag trying to get to the bottom of things, the info sent has a slightly different name to it so they refused to even look at it despite having all the required info. I canceled immediately. ***update*** Since they replied with a cookie cutter response here: let me be clear-this is NOT a case of me getting impatient. The vets involved all agree that “Embrace” was either intentionally making it difficult or incompetent.
