Why not 90%
Just a question, you say you pay 90% but I submitted a claim for $585.09 and you payed $353 which is far below 90%. Also I pay $98 a month just to use your service, some where I feel slighted. So just what is it that you don't pay on?

Honestly, this app makes everything SO easy. Signing up a new pet, adding history, sending in records/bills for claims, FILING the claim, and not to mention, live chat customer service. Trupanion is an amazing company and I love how accessible they are for the client and veterinary hospitals! I'm a vet tech, so I would know!

Claims are frustrating and regularly get rejected. Multiple images loaded but only one makes it through to the claim reviewer triggering a rejection. Flea and tic protection is covered but the claim is rejected stating that it is not.
