My dog has had a chronic ear infection problem for the last 6 months- each claim has been handled quickly! Very easy to use lemonade! And hoping my pups ear problems are a thing of the past!

Metlife is the BEST DOG INSURANCE
Metlife is the best dog insurance company. They offer great coverage at an affordable price. They have preventative coverage that is 100% reimbursed minus your deductible. An easy claims process. Teeth cleaning is covered. This is great because you need to get your dog's teeth cleaned. They appear to be honest, ethical, and take time with you as a customer.

When it comes to insurance, there’s so many companies it’s always somewhat nerve-racking to put your trust into a company and wonder if they’re really going to pay if something comes up. I am really pleased to report that several things have come up with two of my dogs, and they have made the process easy to submit and they’ve paid on every claim I’ve put in. It’s been a pleasant surprise at how easy it has been and I’m very thankful as one of my pets has had surgery and appointments with specialist that has cost thousands of dollars. I am a teacher and there’s no way I could afford that without the insurance. Thank you so much Fetch!

Horrible !!!
I submitted several bills for our one year old pup. They denied over $1000 worth of claims and tried to say it was a pre-existing condition with his stomach. Just because one time when he was a pup, he ate some thing that did not agree with him and he got diarrhea. So anything stomach related, they say is pre-existing. Horrible company

Years of great coverage from Pets Best!
Pets Best has been providing coverage for my 2 dogs, Tank and Speedy, for about 3 years. We are thankful we chose to enroll with Pets Best because soon after, both of our pets developed health issues that require ongoing medical care. Their website is convenient for viewing coverage details such as formulary medications and it is also a breeze to use. Submitting claims online or by using the Pets Best app is also quick and convenient. I was especially impressed by Pets Best's communication several years ago when I submitted a claim and they were experiencing some delays in processing all claims. Pets Best sent a letter to notify me that they were experiencing this temporary delay and gave me a timeframe I could expect for them to manage my claim. I appreciated their forward communication in an effort to circumvent my frustrations about the delays.
