This is our first experience with pet insurance. We chose Trupanion because both our regular & emergency vets accept it. The agent was extremely patient, pleasant & informative. He made the process easy. His guidance was extremely helpful. We feel confident that choosing Trupanion is a great move for us.

Wasn’t to sure how filing a claim would work or how smoothly it would go until I filed my first claim. Easiest claim I ever filed and reimbursement expense transaction showed pending in my account just hours after being claimed was approved. Received in less than 24 hours
Good pet insurance
We decided in embrace for the “unexpected” and when my pup had to be put down, we were reimbursed not for the entire amount as it depends on your plan/deductible. The process and people we spoke to were professional and caring.

This is the first time we've had pet insurance. I've needed help learning how to process claims and each time I've called, I've gotten help from a patient and helpful customer service person. And I've learned the process is actually quite easy. Finally, claims are processed in a timely way and we have been reimbursed quickly after meeting the deductible.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best ever!
This is the second time we've had to rely on Health Paws Pet Insurance for surgeries for our Bodie. The 1st experience involved patella luxating surgery and the 2nd experience was complete ACL tear surgery. I don't know what we would have done had we not had Healthy Paws Insurance. The claims process was simple/easy to understand and reimbursement was so fast!
