Waste of money

I signed up since there was a discount as a Costco membership holder. I haven't gotten my claim money, and it's been several months, and I haven't heard from them despite emailing. Currently paying $40 a month for absolutely nothing.

11/1 update, after several calls and added notes they did a 2nd review, was reimbursed something. Their site is not very user friendly but they are legit.

I signed up my 2 japanese chin girls one is 6 years old with no pre existing conditions, healthy girl, I switched her from embrace to MetLife, I submitted a few invoices (one was wellness which I did not get), one for dental which I was told would be covered only to get the run around, every customer service agent gives me a different story, I finally found out after several calla they need SOAP notes so I sent 1 years worth. I'll see what they say next. New born Valentina has no issues yet but I'm on the fence. Thinking about pulling both dogs off and returning to embrace. I love Embrace

Spot insurance is a decent plan for your pets. Problem is after a couple of claims the processing of the claim takes longer and of course the rates go up. Mine went up about $100. They do make it easy to file a claim though. Will be looking at other options

Fetch Pet Insurance's coverage is truly impressive. They cover virtually everything, with the exception of preexisting conditions and routine visits like vaccines. This coverage came in handy, especially during the first two years of my beloved Frenchie's life when it more than paid for itself. Knowing that I had Fetch by my side to help with unexpected medical expenses provided invaluable peace of mind. When my Frenchie sadly passed away on September 20, 2023, I needed to make the difficult decision to cancel his insurance. Great Customer Service

The insurance company could have denied our entire claim as "pre-existing". The company really worked with us and covered all but $18 on a $1700 claim where I was expecting $0. The $18 was considered wellness which I don't have coverage for, so it was fair that it was not covered. Everything was well explained.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. I am still waiting for a wellness claim from September that is being mishandled and after multiple calls, emails and a letter from my vet still no success in getting it processed correctly like the identical claim submitted with it was. I have submitted formal complaints to the BBB and Department of Insurance. I have also contacted local media consumer advocates
