1. Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks on a $10,000+ surgery bill with no compensation from pets best. 2.im wondering Why are petsbest is not clear on the information? why am I waiting so long? 3. they changed the “ condition”on my dog from acute to chronic. The dog collapsed. it was not chronic. Yet you won’t show what I wrote on the “ view your claim” center , where I wrote “acute”. There is a transparency issue here. 4. Petsbest does not cover dasuquin adv vet prescribed joint meds for joint pain. my vet says other providers do. Bio medical waste not covered either- it’s in The fine print .

Pumpkin experience was good
I did not have the opportunity to use the insurance. I had to return the pet; however, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The policy seemed very useful.
