Happy and healthy
Excellent service and prompt responses to questions and claims small and large. I am so grateful that ASPCA insurance supports both preventive and illness coverage for our two dogs and cat. Thanks to ASPCA insurance our 15-year-old dachshund can now see! She is back to being a happy, playful little dog!

Put money elsewhere!
Complete waste of money, if I had to do it over I would've just put the $50 per month in a side account rather than waste it with this company! Makes no sense to pay them when you add in the deductible and copay. Unless you're looking to just be covered for catastrophic events, this is a complete waste of time and money in my opinion. Lesson learned

Peace of Mind
I don’t want to have to use my insurance. If I do it means my dog is sick or injured and that just breaks my heart. However, having Lemonade as our pet’s insurance company has been a big relief to us. The claims process is easier than ordering a drink at Starbucks for my wife. And I think I get reimbursed faster too. I have never had insurance for my dogs in the past but based on my experience with Lemonade I will have it from now on.

It’s been pretty awful to be honest
It’s been pretty awful to be honest. I’ve only had it for the month and I’m already arguing about claims, very slow and uninformed customer service, and found out that there’s no way to increase annual maximum limit without cancelling your plan. It’s painful to but I’m cancelling first chance I get.

Grateful for Trupanion!
I have had Trupanion insurance for almost 10 years now. They have never let me down! We ended up with a dog who has a significant amount of health problems, from allergies to stomach sensitivities and everything in between. Of course, we couldn't have possibly predicted this when we got the insurance as a puppy and that's an important consideration. We had no way of knowing she would have so many needs, specialists, and procedures, but Trupanion has honored their policies every step of way. She just had a major surgery and related procedures that were completely unexpected. Shortly after, Trupanion sent notice that all of it was eligible and being covered. Because of Trupanion and all the care we are able to provide, Sparkle presents as a very happy, healthy dog! We are very grateful for all of their support!

I’ve made several claims after my 18 months with PetsBest. I’m so pleased with their fairness, thoroughness, promptness and great communication. I had a lot of choices and couldn’t decide. I went with PetsBest because of their quality reviews and applicable discounts, thinking I might change companies down the line.
