This has been a God-send!
I've had this insurance for both of my dogs and it has allowed them to live their best healthy lives. From injuries, Rx, lab tests and procedures, special prescription diets and through their final care, you guys have been great and very compassionate. Thank you.

Lacklustre service in claims
Excelent online service. Great coverage and ability to quote over and over until you feel the value in the premium warrants the options you have chosen. Three years now and I had to make a claim on may 06 2022 it’s Jan 13 2023 and even though a settlement has been made payment awaits and today I added a second car all well but I notice a bundle were the wording includes coverage of vehicle contents!!!!!!!! This is part of the new standard set by the AB gov Jan 2022(as I understand it) and I was told only home policy can cover contents, well I got my screen shot and we will see how it goes maybe things just happen for a better reason. I know that communicating with claims is the most painstaking experience possible and their simply is no reason for it. I handled 100 plus calls a day just for messages and also the same amount in emails so how many people they have over there at Econmical insurance? Boy would I love to know. Completely frustrating experience but I will remain loyal as they were there when I needed them and it’s people folks what do you expect out of people? Perfection according to your expectations. Everyone in that office has their self respect to consider so it’s not laziness or a cannot do culture at work here it’s got to be a mad house and they need to seriously look at a way to balance cost with effective time management. Because in my experience it just does not exist at economical insurance(the real people you deal with on claims) thanks for all the good stuff and the opportunity to voice my experience and view.

Submitting a photo of the claim is very simple. Must have S.O.A.P. Notes if specific illness treated. Covers most of cost of expensive heart worm and flea/tick meds after deductible is met. So far our experience has been very straightforward and easy. Well worth it if you love your pet

I signed up for Healthy Paws when I first adopted my puppy, Birdie, a year and a half ago, and I have had a great experience so far. They are reliable, friendly, and quick to respond. When I get an invoice from the vet, I upload it to the site, and Healthy Paws responds very soon. Highly recommend.

I would give them zero stars
I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this company. They are unscrupulous and will do anything in their power to not pay on claims. They say they will take 1 month to review a pet’s previous health history but it took almost 4 months. They call everything in the world a pre-existing condition. My dog had one ear infection and now they won’t pay for any ear or skin condition for life. I only switched to them because USAA recommended them but I am going to do everything in my power to change that. The sales guy totally lied about everything just to get my money. I am cancelling and trying any other company. Run run far away from them!
