A truly excellent Pet Insurer
Because of my past experience with Fetch, I enrolled my cat immediately upon adopting her. Today is the first time I've had to submit a claim and the experience turned out to be wonderful. I was struggling and Kelsey made the process so easy. She walked through the app with me, and reviewed everything I had to make sure I was submitting what they needed. She was patient and it was obvious that she cared. I can't say enough good things about Fetch based on my experience today and my many years of doing business with them.

Very easy insurance
Lemonade makes it so easy to file a claim, everything is done through the app and you don’t have to call or sit and wait for hours to speak to someone. I love the online chat service because you can file a claim at literally anytime. I love that I can submit my supporting documentation via the same chat and reimbursement is quick. So happy we got lemonade for our fur baby.

I lost my 1 year old Frenchie and had additional questions for fetch. I worked with Kelsy who was an absolute sweet heart. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even gave additional information and benefits that was available to us during the loss of our furbaby. In today's time it's really hard to find good customer service but Fetch you have hired amazing individuals to represent your company. I was very pleased with my service today.

What am I paying for?
So not only did the company significantly raise their prices, providing terrible excuses as to why, the first time we actually submitted a claim, that was a significant emergency for my dog, they practically didn't cover anything. I'm damn near paying for their highest coverage, only to not have nay of my dogs bil covered at all. Nearly $1200 bill and they covered $75.00 of it. With the ridiculous cost of the deductible fee and the significant increase to my monthly bill, I'm heavily considering canceling my account. I would honestly probably be saving money that way. If I could give no stars I would.
