Trupanion not pay claim
Took pet to vet for incessant coughing in the morning. He had a fever. They prescribed antibiotics and took X-rays to see if it had developed into pneumonia. Trupanion did not py. Claimed preexisting condition. B.S. Crooks.

Best Insurance Provider!!!
We got insurance for our dog because she is getting older and we wanted to make sure we were never faced with the option of either helping her or euthanizing her. I am extremely glad I did! 6 months later and she was diagnosed with Addisons disease. The claim process is SO easy and we had our money back basically within 48 hours. They are quick to respond and their customer service is top notch. Moving forward, if we ever get another fur baby again, I will insure them from the beginning. It is very affordable and you can customize your plan to meet your needs.
Our Lulu. RIP.
Had Embrace for only a few years. They were awesome. I also recommended them to my daughter , who just got a puppy. Get it as soon as you can. Worth the monthly premium. We just had to put our dog down. They were great to the END. Thank you for being part of USAA. JoeD.

A penny saved is a penny earned
My experience was good in the sense that now that I know what not covered I don’t have to waste money on insurance since nothing really that I would need it for is covered. I appreciate the representative taking the time to go over the records and to let me know. That was very helpful because I had been paying for a lot of coverage that I would not even need. I think my dog and I will tough it out as he’s been doing and we will continue to find natural remedies for what may or may not be allergies. His situation is not confirmed yet with the doctors to know what exactly the issue is but since there is no coverage for it, trying to pay on my own is a bit much. This has saved me time and money.

Great experience
I called and spoke to a woman (I can't remember her name) but she was extremely kind and walked me through the entire process of submitting a claim. She was very reassuring on the phone. This was great because I was so stressed about my cat being sick and also being tight on money. Once I completed the process of submitting a claim, about a week later I received the reimbursement. I'm so thankful for pet insurance. I would have been out a couple hundred dollars right before Christmas if it weren't for spot. Highly recommend if you love your fur babies and will do whatever to help them be healthy and live a long life.

I have both of my dogs insured
I have both of my dogs insured. I took in both for general appointments & had 1 that tested + for Lyme. I am a claim to be reimbursed. Went through some back-and-forth with missing information. Had to supply a year worth of proof that my dog was on flea and tick prevention. Put in all of that information to then be told that my claim was denied because they do not cover such things. How much sense does that make? I had to wait awhile as it kept saying “in review” to then be told it’s not covered. I had my dog on a preventative long before and you’re not going to reimburse me for having him on a preventative med nor reimbursement for any part of the vet appt. What is the point in this insurance.
