Misleading
Didnt give any time frame of what the wait period was before coverage begins until you pay for coverage, cant add or change plan until the premium term renews which was never said, again until after you have already paid.

Hi, It seems something isnt working correctly on sonnet website. I entered all my sensitive personal information on sonnet website to get a quote and created login, password, went through 2 step verification process and was on final payment section where I needed to enter credit card or payment details. I wanted to review the quote before I would purchase insurance. So I tried login with same login and password I entered. Unfortunately, I couldnt login. I also saved the quote and entered to send/re-send multiple time to my email id but never received any quote. I contacted chat support and described my problem to agent Dildeep. He asked me all the information and I shared all the information he asked so that I could login and retrieve the quote. I spent over 30 mins with him and it seems he didnt know anything about how to deal with such cases and abruptly END the chat without waiting for my response. So, I am not even sure I was chatting with Sonnet agent as he took all the information but couldnt help me with anything. I also tried to send a note on @ contact-us/email But I get response Oops! Looks like something went wrong At this point I am not too worried about quote and login, however I concerned about whether all my personal sensitive information is safe or not which I entered on Sonnet website and on was on chat window? Certainly, seems something isnt correctly working properly on sonnet website. I will also call customer care no when I get bit free time. Thanks Mahen

Will be forever grateful to HealthyPaws for their high level of service and kind consideration to pet owners! After doing extensive research into pet insurance company reviews and policies, we decided upon HealthyPaws insurance for my 5-year-old pit mix last year, and they are truly a lifesaver. My pit tore both ACLs in the span of two months and HealthyPaws was quick to respond to claims and was genuinely concerned for his well-being, ensuring my pet received the best care possible in his time of need. The biggest benefit of this plan is that HealthyPaws has no maximum on reimbursements, and as every pet owner knows you cannot put a price on your pet's life, and it's truly wonderful to see that HealthyPaws agrees with that sentiment and truly values their customers.
