I got pets best because it was a recommendation from my sister, as she said it was great insurance for my pet. I know regret it and i'm very disappointment, as I will also be cancelling any insurance with this company. It does not seem that any claims will ever be paid. I took my dog to a vet clinic due to him being sick, and never got reimbursed. Then I had to take him to the ER, and waited almost a month for my claims to be processed. I thought I would be getting reimbursed, as I have financial issues now due to me now working, come to find out whatever claim was paid went to my deductible which I did not know. Im upset and disgusted with this company. i will never recommend to anyone I know. I rather just pay out of pocket, knowing that I will not get any money back.

Price Changes Increase robbery
I am so disgusted with Trupanion and the cost increases. Within a year my pets policy has been increased TWICE to where it is now over $100 a month for one pet. I am so upset with Trupanion and should have listened to the reviews 6 years ago but I didn’t. When you read about them “jacking the prices up” and money hungry BELIEVE them! I am now stuck because I have an older pet now so if I was to switch then I would have to start over, and everything would be pre-existing. It’s a trap! I used to feel great about Trupanion, I would advocate for them and recommend them to everyone. Not anymore! There is definitely better options out there and with our next puppy we will not be going with trupanion

Hello guys, I participated since December by sharing my referral link with my email. They never paid me, and they don't respond to my emails, it's impossible to contact them and I'm already going for 2 months. It seems unfair to me!!!

I found Spot through a Google search. I purchased it after reading the customer reviews. I am so glad I selected this company. Their process for reimbursement is seamless and easy. In addition, whenever I have needed more information or support, I can call and actually speak to a person.

Figo is quick, easy and affordable
Figo is quick and easy about everything! Submitting claims thru the app is simple and the Reimbursement is quick. Everyone I've spoken with there is knowledge and have been able to answer majority it not all my questions. Highly recommend this group for pet Insurance!
