Trupanion was so responsive
Trupanion was so responsive, quick and efficient, as well as compassionate with everything when my dog had to have major surgery and then cancer diagnosis. They made it so extremely easy when we were going through a hard time our sick dog. Thank you!

Best Pet Insurance EVER
I have had such a great experience with Pets Best. My doggie is 15 years old and has had so many health problems this year. Pets Best has been the silver lining. I never thought that they would cover so much with no questions asked and no nickel and dining me over every little thing like all of the other companies I used did. We had 2 or 3 other pet insurances for my boy over the years, and nothing compares. Some of them play this game like, Oh, we will cover 90% of what you pay, but then you find out it's really 90% of what they consider a "reasonable" cost, which is never what the going rate is. Guess what? None of that garbage with Pets Best. It honestly has been exactly what I would want and expect from a pet insurance company. I couldn't think of anything I would change. Thank you, Pets Best, for helping me and my pup so much.

Wouldn't be without pet insurance
Actually, it's difficult to talk to a person but I've figured out how to download information and get everything to you. The review time for claims has been very slow but now that I have a dog in chemotherapy the review and payout has been much faster, which I appreciate.

Pets Best Stands by their Commitment and Delivers as Promised
I have Pets Best policies for two pets. I have had to file multiple claims for one of them, as she has had a number of serious health crises. Even though some of these crises happened very close together, Pets Best has stood behind their commitment and followed through on reimbursing me for all the costs that are covered in my policy. In addition, the claim process was easy and handled in a very timely manner, with notification sent to me to assure me that they were working on my claims. Not having to stress over my claim at times when I have been highly stressed over the health of my pet has been invaluable to my own wellbeing and peace of mind. I very highly recommend Pets Best!! The service and commitment I have received has been nothing short of excellent!

Insurance was so very fast.
Insurance was fast, easy, and very fair. My only complaint is that this insurance is best secured for catastrophic issues. Regular up keep is not really covered. It is of much value now that my cat is very ill. Thank you.
