I needed insurance FAST
I needed insurance FAST, within the hour really. All other Insurance companies were making me jump through hoops to get car insurance. It would have taken many days which I could not wait for. With sonnet I was insured literally right away!!! Sure my monthly payments are much higher, but had they not been there and I had to clown around with other companies someone else would be driving my car right now!!!

Taking care of pets!
I got pet insurance knowing that I never wanted to make the choice between my dog's health and my finances. Healthy Paws has been so easy to submit claims, quick to send out reimbursements, and coverage was easy to understand. While my monthly premium has gone up (close to double over the almost 6 years of coverage), it has definitely been worth it! Just recently my dog needed TPLO surgery for a torn CCL, which cost nearly $6,000. We were reimbursed at 90% less than 1 week after submitting the claim, with no confusion as to what was covered and no effort beyond submitting the vet's invoice! Even with the monthly premium where it is, it would've taken 8 years to match the cost of that surgery, so it has definitely been worth it! I highly recommend them!

Better Than Expected
Our claim was processed and we received what was expected. There was an issue with the itemized invoice from the vet at first but it was ironed out easily with a phone call to customer service. The customer service rep was thorough and thoughtful. Overall it was better than expected.

Very Helpful Employees
I had to end my policy for financial and commitment problems. The people were amazingly understanding and helpful. It's a good policy; hopefully if circumstances change Snoopy and I will be back!
