I at first was suspect that they wouldn't cover my dog's Vet bills. But after he was viciously mauled, Healthy Paws quickly paid out minus a deductible a considerable sum of money that kept my dog alive and healing. If I didn't have the insurance, with tens of thousands of dollars in Vet Hospital bills, we would have had to put my dog to sleep. Healthy Paws was extremely kind and caring during my numerous phone calls to them and they worked quickly to pay us within days of filing claims. Please get Insurance for your dog! It ended up being one of the best decisions we did for our dog.

Amazing experience and superb Customer Service thanks to Anne!
My experience with my customer service representative, Anne Wheitsel was outstanding! Anne was able to address all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond. She didn’t rush me in anyway and even looked up statistics on the breed of my dog, Harry to help me further understand and decide what policy would be best for Harry. Anne is such a delight to speak with. We even exchanged stories of our pets together, which was so nice as I got to know her and her fur baby on a more personal level. She related to everything I discussed with her and the conversation flowed so nicely! So many times, calls seem so scripted, but not with Anne. Very genuine and extremely knowledgeable.
