I tried to add another puppy to my Chief’s plan, but I must have been overtired cause I could not figure it out! I called CS and spoke to Rob. He was extremely patient with me and he went step by step for me! By the time we hung up, Rob successfully wrote both my dogs up for ASPCA Pet Insurance! Great company to deal with! Marilyn Nastari

Our Beloved Dachshund!
Our beloved dachshund, 7years old, hurt his back. We rushed him to our emergency vet. Hospital. Neurosurgeon determined he need immediately surgery if he were to walk again. Surgery was done almost immediately. Fees had to be paid ahead of time, of course. I can honestly say, we were so upset by the entire thing, I had forgotten we had pet insurance. It didn’t matter. We love our little guy. Surgery was successful. He’s already walking a bit. It’s only been 2 weeks since surgery. When I sent the cost and estimate to Healthy Paws, my husband and I didn’t expect almost the entire procedure to be covered. A week after we did the paper work, Healthy Paws responded with almost the entire procedure minus our deductable was covered. We were more than pleased! In addition to the financial coverage, what impressed us the most was HP’s always asking about our pup whenever the corresponded they with us. I strongly recommend Healthy Paws if you are looking for a reliable, caring company to deal with a special member of your family. You will be very happy you did.

Originally
Originally, I felt everything went well. It was painless to sign up with Sonnet. Nathan took my report. He was super calm, patient, kind and understanding. Apart from that, I feel like everything went downhill from here, and I am continuously disappointed as each day progresses. This is my very FIRST vehicle. Along with that, this is my very First claim. I have been saving to buy a car for YEARS! and had bought this one 3 weeks prior to a hit and run. Further to this, I am a single mother raising two children entirely alone. I did not anticipate so many issues so soon into owning a vehicle. Mechanical issues AND a hit and run! I am very frustrated and would really like some answers and everything to be taken care of in a more timely manner. I understand you have multiple customers and claims to deal with daily, but customer satisfaction should absolutely be a priority in your success as a company. I had called and left several voicemails for both Nathan and the adjuster he set me up with and about 6 emails to both of them with updates of everything I have done for them over the span of a week. What was most frustrating with this part was that their voicemail stipulated that to get a quicker response, to send them an email - but this didn't seem to be the case. Furthermore, I was told that the rental would be covered for 5 days. I had received ZERO communication from ANYONE until 7 days after the accident/report and I still had all the questions and no truly working vehicle. It was an entire week before I heard back from Jas, the Adjuster. She too was very kind and lovely over the phone. We spent 40 minutes on the phone discussing everything that had happened over the week. she set up an appointment for an estimate in the proper city (but gave me the wrong address) - but thankfully they were able to fix the door so that it is useable again. She advised me to make a police report after I pick up my car - even though it was over a week later. She advised me of different scenarios for what I should expect. However, Fault still has not been determined nearly 3 weeks post accident (and it should be very clear I am not at fault as I was in a building and the car was parked in a private parking lot) and I am still unaware of what it will cost to fix this car. We learned that everything Nathan had set up was completely incorrect AND needed to be redone. It seems that maybe Nathan was new and/ or needs retaining. First - He was trying to send me to another province for a quote on repair cost. Second - he didn't advise me to make a police report even when I had asked. Third - His assured me the tow truck would arrive Friday morning to pick up my car -It never came, nor was there ever a follow up as to why. They never called to say they wouldn't make it, I waited ALL DAY FRIDAY and never received an apology. It has been a COMPLETE disaster as "everything Sonnet/ Nathan 'arranged' was NEVER truly fulfilled" I truly hope things work out for the better and communication will get better going forward so that Ill be more inclined to recommend sonnet insurance, But as of right now, I think I myself will be looking at another insurance company for the future.

So easy to deal with. The online centric experience is exactly what I was looking for. And of course the rate I was quoted was excellent.
