My Senior dog was attacked and broke my heart not my bank.
My senior small dog was attacked by the neighbor’s german Shepard. The incident ended in hospitalization for 2 days and surgery. All my little one suffering required lots of medication. Truepanion covered a a significant part of his care. Now I know having him insured was the best decision ever.

Hard to navigate website
Hard to navigate website. Should have a section for “other” so that clients can better explain why they are submitting a claim as some of the listed reason’s doesn’t seem to apply. Customer Service Rep was great however, the explanation given for questions asked didn’t really make sense when requesting mental information 2 years ago, when a claim for submitted/paid and that information wasn’t required.
