Worthless contact and help line…
I sent 3 emails telling them it won't let me register as a newly approved insured pet and instead of resolving the problem they send me to a review site. SERIOUSLY??? And they have a contact number that DOESN'T WORK!!!

Spot is INCREDIBLE!!
Spot is INCREDIBLE!!! I can’t say enough great things. When my sweet pup got sick a couple months ago, Spot was there for us. I have no idea what we would have done without them. Seamless processes and incredible customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance!

Horrible customer service at Fetch…
On Feb 6th I posted a negative review about Fetch pet insurance as they refused to pay my claim for my cat Charlie’s tooth resorption consultation with a board certified dentist which was recommended by my vet who felt the situation warranted a specialist. Someone from Fetch commented on my post asking for more info and said they would look into it Even though I had provided my policy number in the original post. I provided the policy number again. That was 10 days ago and I have not heard back from anyone at Fetch. Obviously that was a disingenuous attempt to sound like they were responding to my complaint. This company is bad news. Horrible customer service
